High Station Cement Bags Automatic Palletizer
Short Description:
High Station Cement Bags Automatic Palletizer are automatic layer depositing with medium to high outputs for 2000 to 5000 bags per hour. We can palletize a very broad range of products with all types of bags.
The bags are oriented by a cross or clamp, then layers are built row-by-row based on your chosen bag pattern. Each layer is squared and pressed to optimize pallet shape and stability. The modular design can be upgraded to change outputs and pallet patterns. The palletizers are available in anti-corrosion, ex-proof, and anti-abrasion versions.

Structure characteristics of the high-level stacker
1. The cement palletizing robot is equipped with a conveyor storage bag monitoring device, and automatically adjust the production speed according to the monitoring data
2. The cement paltizing manipulator structure is simple and easy to maintain. The door of the control cabinet is equipped with sealant strip and equipped with high-quality ventilation filter device.The equipment is equipped with multi-layer alarm indicator lights that can indicate different faults (faults that must be reset, automatic reset faults, operation instructions, etc.).The program is reasonable and fault prompt.When the stack appears, inverted, scattered phenomenon can automatically shut down
3. The safety protective net, operation platform, maintenance platform and support column of cement high automatic stacker are treated with spray plastic
4. The paint surface of the high level bag stacker conveyor plate (not less than 2mm thickness), support legs, guardrail holder (16mm of support phase) shall be sprayed
