Electric balance crane maintenance
1. Remove the steel index, rear end cover and piston.
2. Appropriate lubricant to the ball screws.
3. Wipe a piston, cylinder cavity and ball screw cap with a clean rag.
4. Use the lubricant (10885) for the cylinder cavity and the ball cap.
5. Connect the control package to the end cover and open the gas source.
Notes for electric balance crane maintenance
1. Turn on power or on maintenance, do not connect the air pressure to the manipulator;
2. Do not use electric tools for pneumatic balance lifting in wet or rainy places, and maintain good lighting in the working area;
3 In addition to the close switch, bad suction clip, solenoid valve fault can be repaired by themselves, other should be professional trained personnel to repair, otherwise do not move more without authorization;
4. Whether the baffle for up and introduction trip adjustment, whether the fixed screws of the landing gear bracket are loose;
5. During the adjustment or replacement of the mold, please pay attention to the safety to avoid collision by the manipulator;
6. Pneumatic balance lifting up / down, introduction / retreat, rampant and spin out the screw of the knife, whether the nut is loose;
7. The trachea is not twisted, whether there is air leakage in the air pipe joint and trachea
