Four. Equipment Features
Compared with the traditional electric power-assisted manipulator,this machine has the advantages of light structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, and it has the characteristics of a wide range of uses, and can handle loads from 10Kg to 300Kg to meet the needs of different usage.

1. High stability and simple operation. With full pneumatic control, only one control switch can be operated to complete the workpiece handling process.
2. High efficiency and short handling cycle. After the transportation starts, the operator can control the movement of the workpiece in the space with a small force, and can stop at any position. The transportation process is easy, fast and coherent.

Six. Precautions for operation:
This equipment should be operated by special personnel, and other personnel need to receive professional training when they want to operate.
The preset balance of the main unit has been adjusted. If there is no special situation, do not adjust it. If necessary, ask a special person to adjust it.
When moving the fixture to its original position, press the brake button, activate the brake device, lock the arm, and wait for the next operation. When the main engine stops working, brake and lock the boom to prevent the boom from drifting.
Before any maintenance, the air supply switch must be turned off and the residual air pressure of each actuator must be exhausted to avoid crashing the system.
Training, commissioning and operation of this equipment are only allowed under safe circumstances. At the end of a work shift, be sure to unload, return the equipment to its original position, and turn off the power source.
