This project includes automatic pallet dispenser,weighting system,column palletizer,layer forming machine,gantry wraping machine,safety fence with lighting gate.
when the bags is coming to the weighting system,if the weight is within the scope,it will pass to next station for stack,if the weight
isn’t in the scope,it will be push out.
regarding automatic pallet dispenser,it can hold 10-20pallets,it can release pallet automatically
regarding the column palletizer,it can pick 4 bags each time,it also have a suction cup to put anti-slip paper
when the column palletizer finish stacking,the full pallet will go to next station for wraping,the automatic wrapping machine can
wrap from side and top,after finish wrapping,it can cut the film automatically
then the full pallet is go to next station,waiting for forklift to move them away.
